Looking back the year and taking time for gratitude meditation by letting all those thankful moments, beings, "things" into heart.
If this is new and you would like to try:
Light
up a candle, sit or lay down. Come to settle into your body, aware of
your posture, then bringing attention to your heart (you might want to
bring your left hand on your heart).
Breathing in and out. And allow
memories pass by, allow any items to come that comes when you
conteplate; "what am I grateful for the past year".
Feel them in your heart.
At
the end you might want to ask yourself; "what would I like to
concentrate more on, on the coming year". Maybe it is something that
makes you gratefull. Maybe it's something that you found important in
the past year. Maybe it's something new. Just allow the guestion reveal
the answer, allowing yourself to be in an empty space for a while if
that's what is needed.
To finish you might want to bow to your heart.
And
if you will blow up the candle, remember your wish for the coming year.
Make it an intention, an affirmation. A gift for yourself đ
