Sessions for holding and shining light to places of stiffness, pain,
restriction (physical/mental) but also emphasising what is good,
flowing, pleasurable, fun, paeceful, loving.. rooting more and more to self on a soul/heart level that is pure and can hold space and
compassion (the one that can observe and respond, rather than react);
the place of inspiration and "knowing"/wisdom and from where the actions
are clear and purposful.

Psychosynthesis Coaching there will be a free of charge online intake
to see if the process would be
good fit for you and me to
work together at this point of your life. This will take around 20-30
minutes and it is an opportunity for you and the coach to ask questions
and see what is needed.
