Greetings from Italy

Spending some time at the source of Psychosynthesis.. My last night's dreams were revealing so much to me. Maybe those dreams weren't because the house of Psychosynthesis, people I met, maybe it was something else, but what I have experienced is that when time is spent on purposeful connection (to self, to others), life seems more clear. There is beauty of presence, deep rest in it and fulfilling direction, drive, inner fire and knowing.
Alignment
Beauty of life ❤️ ✨

And surely we are pulled away, our inner world shakes and we might even loose ourselves on the way.

What happened that made you loose alignment?
Internally, what happened in you? To all the answers, ask why, what then, what's behind? Track it like an investigatior, all the way if needed, to the source.
Feel the emotions, bodily sensations, see your thoughts.

Why?
The growing awareness pulls you away less from your core, reactivity can sift into responsiveness and we could be opening up to the beautiful depths of experiencing life being more and more awake.

As a side note.
This is not only for you. Others around you can benefit from it too. In a beautiful way or.. it could even rise things up in themselves too.. some might look into the mirror, some not. But more importantly it is how others feel in your presence, (if you are questioning about other people's feelings and thoughts rising because of you.. those feelings and thoughts are theirs).
