Greetings from the source of Psychosynthesis

Beautiful International Psychosynthesis meeting behind in Florence. Meeting colleagues (old and new), studying in the archives, workshops, lectures and sure, good food and sunshine too.

Me and Susan from San Francisco held a workshops on a title "own yourself" where everyone could dive into their personal topic of exploration. For example into a situation they like to explore, a question or decision.. something relevant in their personal or work life. We held place for reflection, guided through psychological capacities, did meditations and symbol work, to come to a more wider and maybe clearer perspective of the chosen situation. Even to the movement from inner world of experience, wonder and questions to a conscious choice of next step or steps to be taken. To a concrete movement from inner to outer life.
