Recall
That memory in your mind, imagination that reaches your body, your emotions
Intertwined, can happen in any order
This is psychological laws
Swirling even to prepersonal (to our basement, what we might hide)
Also to higher unconscious (to the attic of treasures)
What would you like to recall?
Relive
What would it give to you?
Things that have brought me to recall lately have been the moon and the birds (merel in Dutch) by the sunset
Moon has brought me back to the desert
Back to stillness
To a memory of profound connection, silence, being one
Merels back to woods where we use to live
To the beauty of only listening, being present in a most simple way, to beauty, to life, aliveness
Recall
This All happens
in presence
Can make you more connected or further away from your connected self
Either way
Stay aware, observe

Now, consciously
Relive
What would it give to you?
I'll recall the stars in a late evening
laying on a grass
in Arizona
It makes my body breath deeper, sink and release
It brings me joy, and sense of unhurriedness,
feeling that anything can happen next
Recall

Hello 2025
Wish the New Year has started well with you.
Are you interested in conscious methods and way of living?
My
work offerings are in general all connected to daily life,
meaningfullness in it, fullfilment, presence and expanding
consciousness.
With the knowledge and tools of psychosynthesis, meditation, yoga and Trager (somatic approach).
I'm taking some 1 on 1 coaching clients and teaching through Synthesis Centre San Francisco.
Also having few scheduled private online yoga/breath groups for the winter/spring season.
And been now and then guiding online meditations.
In the last Monday's meditation session that I guided, in the end, I asked to reflect on what is meaningful for you.
If you like to reflect on this too, it could be helpful to have a silent space or any conscious "practice" before as you might come to a deeper answer(s) more easily.
This may appear in a form of words, images, sensations, symbols.. in a stream of writing..
If you do.
Ask what is meaningful.
Also, ask yourself:
What are you going to do about it?

The actions that you are willing to take.
